Quality Systems & Tools Intern (6 months)
Location: Prilly, Switzerland
Department: GROUP FINANCE & RISK DEPARTMENT
To strengthen our Integrated Management System (IMS) department, we are looking for a Quality Systems & Tools Intern for a duration of 6 months, based at our Headquarters in Prilly.
ROLE
- Contribute to the proper use of Quality System tools (BPA, OpenText, iGrafx)
- Provide IMS team support for Quality System tools, including troubleshooting, follow‑up of reported issues, and coordination of related administrative activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the systems
- Monitor and support the migration of pending actions in SQUARE
- Maintain and update SharePoint sites used by the Integrated Management Department
- Organise and maintain documentation and shared folders within the IMS team
