Job Title: Quality TechnicianJob Description
The Quality Technician is responsible for interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to write and maintain programs. This role ensures the accuracy of Keyence programs, develops inspection programs, and conducts inspections on broach cutting tools. The Quality Technician also provides system training, maintains equipment, and applies Quality System Regulations in compliance with Federal and International Standards.
Responsibilities
+ Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to write programs.
+ Ensure the accuracy of Keyence programs to meet dimensional tolerances.
+ Develop and maintain inspection programs with revision control within a database.
+ Effectively set up Keyence and optics machines.
+ Complete first article inspection layout reports.
+ Provide Keyence system training to Inspection and Machining personnel.
