Tasks
Ensuring quality presence during product start-ups and changes on production lines. Performing pre-operational inspections when required. Applying the finished product sampling schedule, conducting required quality tests, and ensuring equipment calibration. Collecting samples and swabs for microbiological, chemical, allergen, environmental, water, and sanitation product analyses. Approving washings, performing equipment inspections, and conducting pH, allergen, and RapidChek tests. Preparing shipments to external laboratories and associated documentation. Receiving raw materials and packaging, including evaluation tests and validation of required documents. Sampling raw materials and performing applicable tests (, gluten).
