Job Description

Quality and Test Lead

We are looking for motivated consultants with experience in quality and test leadership to join our teams in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership of large teams (10+ members) and critical projects.
  • Design Test Strategy and Master Test Plan.
  • Test strategy, compliance oversight, and risk mitigation.
  • Stakeholders management.
  • Continuous improvement of client’s QA framework.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience, including at least 1 year as team leader.
  • Strong background in technical leadership and stakeholder management.
  • ISTQB Advanced certification is expected.
  • Good level of English (B2/C1).
