Job Description
You’ll join a fast-moving, production-focused environment where your work has direct impact on live trading and investment decisions. Depending on your background, the role may lean more towards quant development (C++, low-latency systems) or data science and research (Python, alternative data, analytics), while remaining closely connected to trading activity.
Salary
CHF 140'000 - 180'000 per year
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in quantitative development/research, or trading systems
- Strong programming skills in C++ or C# (Python/Java/.NET is a plus)
- Experience working close to trading, research, or front-office teams
- Solid understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, or systematic strategies
- Proven ability to design and maintain production-grade systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and attention to quality
