Quantitative Researcher/ Analyst

About the Role We're hiring an experienced Quantitative Researcher/ Analyst to strengthen our modelling capabilities, with a primary focus on identifying and modelling toxic and abusive trading flows and clients. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of risk, pricing, and platform integrity. Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy quantitative models to detect, classify, and mitigate toxic and abusive order flow and client behaviour Analyze trading patterns to distinguish profitable, benign, and predatory flow across multiple asset classes Build and refine models supporting swap rates, funding rates, and pricing Collaborate with trading, engineering, and risk teams to operationalize models on-chain Monitor model performance and adapt to evolving market conditions and adversarial behaviour Translate complex quantitative findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
