Project: Construction (MEP)
1) Primary Function:
• Contract Engineer to manage and oversee contract-related activities for engineering, purchasing and construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all contracts are executed in compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and project objectives
2) Duties & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Cost Estimation and EOQ
• Review and analyze BOQ, drawings, and specifications for MEP works
• Take-off quantities from construction drawing and shop drawings
• Prepare cost plans, cost comparisons, and variation works
Cost Control:
• Monitor and tract actual material usage and labor cost against budget
