The role involves cost estimation, project planning, budgeting, contract administration, billing verification, and financial reporting to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets, quality standards, and timelines. The candidate will work closely with project teams, contractors, consultants, planning engineers, and management to ensure effective cost control and financial compliance.
