Job Description
We’re working with a leading contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor on a contract basis to support a major project in Bournemouth.
This is a site-based role, offering the opportunity to play a key part in the commercial delivery of a large-scale mechanical and building services package. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of cost control and ensuring the project remains commercially on track.
The Role:
* Overseeing the commercial management of M&E and building services works on site
* Producing cost reports, forecasts, and monthly financial reviews (CVRs)
* Assessing subcontractor applications, variations, and final accounts
* Providing ongoing cost advice and supporting budget management across the project
