Responsibilities

- Regularly assess the value of completed work and arrange for payments to contractors, ensuring that all work is accurately accounted for.
- Perform risk assessments and value management to identify potential issues that could impact costs and project timelines.
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure all projects are aligned.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
