We are looking for a skilled QS for an immediate Freelance QS role. Quantity Surveyor High-Tech Fit-Out (Processing Plant).
Location: North Hertfordshire
Contract: Freelance 6 Months
Rate: £300£500 per day - Client open to 3-5 days
Start Date: ASAP
CSCS is essential for this role. No site access without a CSCS card.
About the Role
A freelance Quantity Surveyor is required for a high-tech processing plant fit-out programme in North Hertfordshire. This is a hands-on role working for a specialist subcontractor delivering internal packages on complex industrial and technical schemes. Youll work closely with a commercially minded Director and be based mainly on site, managing day-to-day commercial activity and ensuring accurate records, measurements and cost control.
