Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Salary up to SGD$4,500 + AWS + Bonuses
  • Singapore construction project
  • Reputable construction company
  • MUST BE Proficient in Chinese to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts
Responsibilities
  • To study & understand tender drawings & contract document.
  • BQ for tender or variation submission.
  • Preparing substantiation document for claim purpose.
  • Ensure tender or VO submission is on time.
  • Sourcing quotation from subcon and supplier and carry out comparison of quotation.
  • Taking off quantities for tenders or site projects.
  • Pre-tender/ site project estimates and prepare documentation.
Requirements
  • At least 1 years of quantity Surveyor experience
  • MUST BE Proficient in Chinese to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts
