Job Description
Our client are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support major infrastructure projects in Singapore (LTA / Changi-related works). This role will be based on-site and involves full-cycle contract and cost management. Responsibilities: Administer contracts and manage commercial matters on-site. Prepare, submit, and evaluate progress claims to clients and from subcontractors. Source quotations, evaluate tenders, and support contract award processes. Monitor project costs and liaise with HQ Commercial team on monthly cost reporting. Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and required documentation. Attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on contractual and cost matters. Manage subcontractor claims, variations, and final accounts. Prepare and finalise progress claims and project final accounts. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
