- Review contractual requirements
- Provide advice on contractual matters
- Oversee and manage contractual claims, disputes, settlements and resolution of each projects
- Oversee and tracking for progress of construction and milestone achievement of each projects
- Maintain and develop relations with authority, clients, consultants and business partners
- Involve in tender management and coordination
- A recognized degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
- Possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
- Possess strong and confident personality
- Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration and variation orders
