Quantity Surveyor High-Tech Fit-Out (Processing Plant) Location: Coventry Contract: Permanent Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus (TBA) Start Date: ASAP About the Company and Project A specialist subcontractor delivering complex construction and fit-out projects across high-tech, industrial and commercial environments. The business delivers the full range of internal and associated works required on large technical schemes, including fireboarding, dry lining, ceilings, firestopping, flooring, internal doors, external fire-rated doors, roller shutters, fire curtains, resin flooring and wider building envelope support such as cladding and roofing when required. You will have full support from the Director with a commercial background, providing guidance, direction and a reliable escalation point throughout the programme.
