Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager/ Project team in all contractual and costing matters in interior fit out works in commercial and residential projects.
- Handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts.
- Attend tender and project meetings.
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors for job/ project specification, acquire quotations and comparison in prices.
- Experience in Project Tender Documentation and Submission requirements with minimal supervision.
- Purchasing of all project work materials identified in the projects/tenders.
- Prepare construction drawings, 3d drawings and make fast drawing amendments accordingly.
- Plan inadvance materials need to be used for the assigned project and budget control.
- Good in negotiating prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
