About the job Quantity Surveyor cum Procurement

Responsibilities- Perform the duties on administration of main contracts, sub-contracts, budgeting, cost control, material requisition and handling contractual matters;
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms;
- Analyse and report on specific risks associated with contracts;
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in teams of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services;
- Find new supplier to compare the pricing and extend scope of existing supplier. Prepare purchase orders, work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, logistics partners, warehouse, to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics flow;
