Qualifications
- Conduct surveys to ascertain the locations of natural features and human-made structures on the earth's surface, underground, and underwater using electronic distance-measuring equipment and surveying instruments.
- Analyze survey data, research legal records, and determine boundary line locations based on measurement of distances, directions, angles, and elevation points.
- Operate land-information computer systems to store data, perform inquiries, and generate plots and reports.
- Record survey results, verify data accuracy, and prepare comprehensive maps and reports for stakeholders.
- Work independently on diverse surveying projects with minimal supervision on routine assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related Construction field
- Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or working towards APC
