Measurement & Quantity Take-Off
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, BIM models, specifications, and site information.Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tendering, procurement, and project execution.Verify quantities and scope with design, engineering, and project teams.Commercial Support
Assist in preparing cost estimates, tender submissions, and pricing exercises.Measure and evaluate variations and changes to the works.Support interim valuations, subcontractor assessments, and final account preparation.Maintain accurate measurement records and commercial documentation.Cost Control & Reporting
