Basic Function
The Quantity Surveyor supports the commercial team in managing cost and contract aspects of fit‑out projects. This includes assisting with cost planning, procurement, valuations and reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements. The role involves close coordination with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain accurate cost control and documentation.
Major Duties and Responsibilities Cost Planning & Budgeting- Assist in preparing initial budget estimates, cost plans and tender submissions.
- Help update detailed cost breakdowns, BOQs and pricing schedules for assigned projects.
- Monitor actual costs against budget and report variances to the senior team.
