Key Responsibilities
- Procure and manage subcontractors from appointment to final account
- Prepare valuations, applications for payment, and variations
- Monitor costs and ensure effective commercial control
- Work closely with site and project teams to drive delivery
- Conduct site visits to track progress, quality, and spend
- Ensure compliance with contracts and internal procedures
About You
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
