Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare detailed electrical quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQ.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Evaluate and validate progress billings, variation orders (VO), and claims.
- Prepare bid evaluation for electrical scope.
- Ensure quantities and costs are aligned with the approved project budget.
- Coordinate with MEP team, design consultants, and site engineers.
- Provide technical inputs for value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain complete documentation and records for electrical QS works.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer
- 2-3 years experience in electrical quantity surveying / cost engineering
- Experience in site development or mixed-use projects
