The Quantity Surveyor (Tender – Electrical) plays a key role in supporting the tendering and cost management processes for electrical works within construction projects. The role involves evaluating project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, negotiating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring effective financial control from pre-contract to award stage.
Job Responsibilities- Cost Estimation & Budget Preparation
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender budgets for Electrical works in construction, ACMV, and A&A (Alteration & Addition) projects.
- Analyze material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs to ensure accurate pricing.
- Tender Review & Construction Plan Analysis
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction plans to determine comprehensive project cost requirements.
