Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical and process systems and will play a critical role in project cost estimation, tender processes, and material management. This position demands expertise in cost estimation and management, effective contractor coordination, and material control to support the successful execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities .
Tender and Site Walks o Participate in tender site walks to assess project requirements and constraints. o Lead site surveys to gather accurate data for project planning and estimation. o Prepare tender overview and checklist o Prepare vendor status checklist o Raise queries (RFI & RFC) for any information and clarification.
