Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Property Development firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Quantity Surveyor in George, WC.
Responsibilities
- Preparing details to complete tender documents
- Preparing and pricing bills of quantities for contracts based on drawings and specifications
- Preparing Bills of Quantities and other tender documentation to acquire fair and equitable tenders for projects
- Preparing feasibility studies and budgets for proposed projects
- Negotiating building contracts
- Completing tender documents
- Arranging the necessary guarantees on projects as required
- Assist and / or prepare construction programme
- Prepare project cash flow forecast
- Liaising with and maintain good relations with clients, site managers and subcontractors
