Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quotations, and cost estimates.
- Handle tendering and procurement processes.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Prepare progress claims, VO, and final accounts.
- Monitor project budgets and cost control.
- Conduct site measurements and valuation works.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure proper contract administration and documentation.
