Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Quantity Surveyor / Tender Executive
- Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Mattar)
- Working Hours: 5 days, Office Hours
- Salary Package: Up to $6,800 + Bonus
- Manage the collection and analysis of tender documents, including mastering project drawings and specifications.
- Perform the bidding quantity calculation process and provide guidance to junior staff members.
- Prepare accurate bills of quantities and carry out detailed quantity take-offs for projects.
- Source and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to collate and compare pricing.
