An established and growing specialist contractor operating across industrial, infrastructure and construction sectors is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor or Junior QS to join their commercial team based in Nottinghamshire. With a strong pipeline of UK-wide projects, including major London redevelopment schemes, this is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced QS seeking a long‑term opportunity within a growing business, or a junior/intermediate-level candidate looking to develop and progress within a supportive and experienced team.
The Role
Working closely with senior management and operational teams, you will support the commercial delivery of multiple live projects across the UK.
- Managing project costs, valuations, and final accounts
- Preparing applications for payment
