Job Description
Responsibilities
- Take-off quantity for tender & on-going projects
- Updating & tracking of drawings to ensure timely information
- Maintain proper & complete set of contract documents
- Contracts administration such as valuations of variations etc
- Other duties assigned by Contract Manager
Requirements
- 3 Years experience in building/civil in Singapore
- Preferably with experience in handling Commercial / HDB / HIP projects
- Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent
