Quantity Surveyor (Junior / Senior Positions Available) . A1 main contractor . Tender / Project-based opportunities available . Large scale buildings / infrastructure projects Job Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and budgets for construction projects. Manage tendering processes, including preparing tender documents and evaluating bids. Monitor project costs and track variations to ensure the project stays within budget. Conduct site measurements and valuations for interim payments and final accounts. Liaise with contractors, clients, and consultants on cost-related issues. Assist in contract administration, including reviewing contracts and managing claims.
