The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for: Preparing quotations, tender documents, and cost estimates Taking off quantities from drawings and project documents Preparing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Checking subcontractor claims and supplier quotations Monitoring project costs, budgets, and procurement Assisting with contract administration and documentation Supporting the project team on cost control and commercial matters Requirements
