Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of data centre projects from procurement through to final account
- Prepare and maintain project budgets, cost plans, forecasts, and cash flow reports
- Evaluate and administer subcontractor and supplier packages, including tendering, procurement, and contract management
- Measure, value, and certify subcontractor payments and client applications
- Manage variations, change orders, and compensation events, ensuring timely agreement and recovery of costs
- Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Prepare monthly cost reports and support project financial reviews
