Our client is a well-established Construction and Civil Engineering company, they are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Executive to join their team. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcomed & encouraged to apply!
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in taking off quantities for various types of structures.
- Prepare and process progress claims and variation order for both of sub-con and client.
- Prepare Sub-Con price analysis, tender analysis and cost estimation.
Job Requirements:
- Willingness to work on Alternate Half-Day Saturday (Bi-weekly, once every 2 weeks).
- Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Conversant with MS Office, particularly easy well versed in working with Excel spreadsheets ...
