:The Quantity Surveyor will support the Commercial Manager as part of an integrated project team, contributing to the delivery of strong commercial outcomes for the Slough project. The role involves a blend of independent and collaborative tasks, completed to regular deadlines across the full commercial cycle.

Cost & Financial Management
• Contribute to Cost/Value Reconciliations and End-of-Life Cost Reporting.
• Prepare, submit, and agree interim valuations, final valuations, final accounts, and subcontractor final accounts.
• Oversee subcontractor payments, certification, and financial administration.
• Lead cost monitoring and reporting activities.
Contract & Commercial Administration
• Manage NEC contract administration including early warnings, compensation events, and commercial records.
