Job Description
Responsibilities
- In charge of preparing and reviewing cost estimates, and budgets.
- Evaluate and recommend subcontractor quotations and claims.
- Measure quantities and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Responsible for assisting in contract negotiation and administration.
- In charge of tracking project costs and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters.
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Building Services / Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure works.
- Familiarity with Singapore LTA contracts.
