Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities
- Administer contracts and manage project documentation.
- Prepare take-offs and pre-tender estimates.
- Prepare tender documents and source quotations.
- Conduct tender exercises, evaluate bids, and award contracts.
- Liaise with Procurement team.
- Handle claims, variation orders, budget control, and final account settlement.
- Coordinate and support project team activities.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in interpreting drawings.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player, able to meet tight deadlines.
- High initiative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
