. Coordinate and administrate all relevant contractual matters
. Quantity taking-off and measurement
. Preparation of cost comparison and analysis of quotations
. Source, evaluate, and negotiate contract clauses, terms, and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors
. Preparation of cost comparison and analysis of quotations
. Preparation of Bill of Quantities (for Tender)
. Prepare cost estimation and project budgeting
. Submission of progressive claims and variation of orders
. Evaluate and certify monthly subcontractor's claim and
. Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by superiors
Working hours: (5 days work per week), Mon- Fri - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Requirements:
