Cumming Management Group are seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor in Manchester .
This role presents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor who can work on a number of exciting projects in Manchester. There will be a focus on professional work on a wide variety of selected projects, sectors and value to allow for a diverse opportunity including:
- BTR and Residential new build projects
- Student Accommodation new build projects
- Re-cladding projects
- Draft and support to produce specifications and briefs for clients
