Job Description
- Perform site measurement and taking off works.
- Manage site valuations and prepare contractual documentation, including progress claims, payment certifications, VOs, and final accounts for subcontractors.
- Assist with sourcing, price negotiations, and evaluations when required.
- Develop project plans, estimate budgets, and set timelines.
- Assist prepare tender documentation for new project bids.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Familiar with Glodon Software , AutoCAD , Microsoft Office , etc.
