Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
Working Location: Site & Office Based (Office near City Hall MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days / 5.5 Days (Depending on project), 44 hrs per week
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and contract terms thoroughly.
- Prepare cost estimations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and detailed cost analyses, including sourcing and assessing supplier quotations and making procurement recommendations.
- Develop subcontract documentation in line with project requirements and specifications.
- Carry out measurement and valuation of completed works, including progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlement with subcontractors.
