Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of quantity surveying duties from tender to final account
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Conduct site measurements, valuations, and progress claims
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and award recommendations
- Manage variation orders, cost control, and contract administration
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
- Ensure project cost efficiency and adherence to contractual requirements
- Support final account settlement and project closing
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 2–5 years (Junior to Mid level) or 5+ years (Senior level) relevant experience
