Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction team in Middlesbrough to work on a major infrastructure project in North London. This role offers the chance to take ownership of the commercial management of subcontract works, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations.

About the Role
Based on-site, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of subcontract packages, working closely with project teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. You will play a vital role in cost control, valuations, change management, risk mitigation, and maintaining strong commercial relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
