Job Description
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure budgets are met.
- Evaluate project drawings, specifications, and materials for cost efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors regarding costs and progress.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quantities.
- Prepare progress reports, variation orders, and cost analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
