We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor Pre‑Contract to join our Cost Management team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of cost management services during the pre‑contract phases of large‑scale construction projects. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary design environment to provide critical cost expertise, ensuring projects remain aligned with budgets and strategic objectives while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
