Responsibilities- Prepare cost estimates for precast and building projects.
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and specifications.
- Review quotations from suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Support tender pricing, submission, and budget preparation.
- Assist in contract administration and documentation.
- Manage variation orders and cost adjustments.
- Conduct interim valuations and review payment claims.
- Prepare final accounts and support cost‑related matters.
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
