Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate all procurement activities, including requesting quotations, conducting price comparisons, negotiating terms, orders, and managing all post-award documentation.
- Assist in developing site budgets for newly awarded projects to ensure expenses remain within the allocated budget.
- Source quotations and market pricing across all trades to update the pricing database, ensuring RPO (Requisition of Purchase Order) rates and future budget rates are competitive and reasonable.
- Obtain additional quotations for comparison and review exclusions in RPO submissions from sites to prevent unforeseen additional costs.
- Coordinate and track trade award status against the master programme, and liaise closely with site teams.
- Lead price and contract negotiations prior to award to secure best-value procurement outcomes.
