Responsibilities
- Support subcontractor procurement activities including sourcing, evaluation, comparison, and finalization of vendors within ID fit-out projects.
- Assist in preparation and review of BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost estimates for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure accurate commercial inputs during the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements for cost analysis and decision‑making.
- Monitor project costs and budgets , highlighting variances and supporting cost control measures.
- Assist in contract administration , including preparation of subcontract agreements and tracking compliance.
