Job Description
Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) is working with a well‑established and respected construction contractor to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join their growing team in the Bay of Plenty. This is an 80/20 split that offers variety in day‑to‑day tasks, ideal for a commercially astute construction professional who can manage the full quantity surveying process while also taking ownership of project delivery responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams across a range of commercial construction projects.
