Job Description
Responsibilities: Perform taking off and measurement of quantities, and establishing detailed BOQ Source, review and negotiation of quotations Work closely and liaise with both internal and external project stakeholders Attend project meetings including site walks for progress claims' evaluation Project budget and cost control including prepare monthly financial budget report and presentations (For Senior position) Prepare RFQ Subcontract tender documents, analyze and prepare cost comparison, post tender clarifications, tender interview, and award recommendation report Sub-Contract administration including handling contractual documentation, correspondences and disputes matters Assess, verify and response subcontractor's monthly progress claim, final account and variation orders in timely manner
