Meraki Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Façade to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing costs and contracts related to façade projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to provide accurate cost estimations and financial management throughout the project lifecycle.

- Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports related to façade works.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
